  1. Are all sales final? Yes, all items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

  2. Where are you located? We are located at 491 Brimley Rd #16, Scarborough, ON M1J 1A4.

  3. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfers, and cash.

  4. Do you offer delivery? Yes, delivery options are available for an additional fee.

  5. How often do you get new inventory? Weekly. Check back often or follow us on social media for updates.

  6. Can I inspect items before purchasing? Yes, we welcome walk-ins during business hours.

  7. Do your appliances come with a warranty? Yes, Majority of the Appliances will come with a 30 day functionality warranty. Clearance units will be sold AS-IS.

  8. What condition are the items in? Our inventory ranges from Open-Box and scratch & dent to Refurbished/Slightly Used.

  10. Can I hold an item? Items are first come, first served. Holds may be available with a deposit.

  11. Is everything under $20? No, only items in the "Under $20 Deals" collection.

  13. Do you sell gift cards? Not at this time.

  14. Is your website inventory live? We try to keep it updated, but availability may change quickly.

  15. Can I shop in person? Yes, walk-ins are welcome during business hours.

  16. Do you price match? No, our products are already deeply discounted.

  17. Do you ship outside of Ontario? Not at this time.

  18. What types of products do you sell? Appliances, electronics, health & beauty items, tools, and general liquidation goods.

  19. Do you offer pickup? Yes, pickup is available from our Scarborough location.

  20. How long will you hold a paid item? Typically up to 48 hours. Contact us for exceptions.

  21. Can I cancel my order? All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled after payment.

  22. Are your items tested before sale? Most are tested when possible. Ask staff for details.

  23. Is there parking at your location? Yes, free parking is available onsite.

  24. Are you open on weekends? Yes, we are open on the Weekends - Saturday/Sundays

  25. Do you buy items from the public? Not at this time.

  27. Can I get a receipt? Yes, receipts are provided with all purchases.

  28. Do you accept trades? No, we do not accept trades.

  29. Are your prices negotiable? Prices are firm due to liquidation pricing.
